Lambus Capital is not a lender. We do not underwrite, approve, fund, or service loans, nor do we make credit decisions.

Service refers to all products, consulting services, tools, software, and activities offered by Lambus Capital, including facilitating introductions to third party lenders or financial partners.
Account refers to your registration with Lambus Capital and the information you provide to us. It does not refer to any bank, credit, or financial account.
The terms include, includes, and including mean without limitation.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
3. Ownership of Content

By using the Site or Services, you consent to receive communications from Lambus Capital and its partners, including emails, phone calls, SMS messages, and marketing communications. You also consent to the sharing of your application and supporting documentation with third party financial partners.

6. Financial and Credit Authorization
By submitting information through the Site or Services, you authorize Lambus Capital and its partners to:
Request and review consumer or business credit reports from credit bureaus such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
Share your information with lenders, affiliates, and financial service providers for evaluation and funding consideration.
Receive relevant financial information from institutions for the purpose of assessing eligibility.
This authorization remains valid for 120 days unless revoked in writing.
7. Information Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Bell County, Texas, or the nearest appropriate venue.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
Any claim must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
