Lambus Capital was founded by entrepreneurs who experienced firsthand how difficult it is to grow a business without the right financial foundation. We recognized that most small businesses do not fail because their idea was not good. They fail because they lacked access to capital, credit strategy, and proper financial structure.

Instead of only offering credit repair or funding or consulting, we built a full financial positioning company, giving entrepreneurs the tools to secure funding, build credit, reduce taxes, and scale with financial confidence.

Cj Lambus is the Founder and CEO of Lambus Capital, bringing a background in healthcare, military service, insurance, sales consulting, tax planning, and accounting. His professional experience across multiple sectors allows him to understand the real financial challenges entrepreneurs face on a day-to-day basis.

Cj began his career as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy, where he developed strong leadership, discipline, and organizational skills while serving in medical roles and supporting mission-driven environments. After completing his service, he worked in the insurance industry and later transitioned into sales consulting, helping multiple companies scale to millions of dollars in revenue and refine their operational and financial structures.

Through his work with business owners, Cj consistently saw the same problem: businesses struggled with credit, accounting, and gaining access to capital. Each issue affected the other, and most owners were forced to seek solutions from separate places. Recognizing this gap, Cj founded Lambus Capital with the goal of creating a full-service financial positioning company that empowers entrepreneurs with the structure, strategy, and resources they need to grow.

Joshua Poblete

CFO and Director of Accounting Services

Joshua Poblete brings a proven background in military operations and entrepreneurial leadership to Lambus Capital. A former U.S. Air Force Operations Officer, he led mission-critical teams, integrated emerging technologies, and maintained zero mission failures in one of the most regulated environments in the Department of War.

After the military, Joshua served as COO of a multi-state real estate investment company, managing multimillion-dollar development projects, overseeing a national rental portfolio, and implementing scalable operational systems that improved efficiency, transparency, and growth.

At Lambus Capital, Joshua leads operational strategy, process design, and execution, ensuring clients receive reliable, high-integrity service supported by streamlined systems and disciplined leadership.
